“ The ladies working here couldnt have been nicer. Sadly, Ive come to expect and accept mediocre to poor customer service but these ladies were so friendly, they answered all my questions and explained everything they offered. It really made my day to just have a pleasant customer service interaction. I got the chicken wing wrap and didnt see any nasty chicken as mentioned in other reviews and I am PICKY about meat. Also the plain mac n cheese was delicious according to me and my 3 year old! Its been years since I visited but Ill be back soon! ”

She apologized that I had to wait a minute cause she was by herself and she was so quick, sweet, and bubbly! Im in customer service a server in a resturaunt and I hope that when I wait on my customers I leave a similar impression on them as this woman left on me! ”
“ Their Mac and cheese looked so good but my son who is 10 months old and wants to share everything I have is severely allergic to dairy. I asked if they have a dairy free option because you just never know especially in a big city. She said she did not BUT the owner went above and beyond for my son. She offered freshly boiled noodles that wouldnt have any cross contamination and some marinara sauce as well. My momma heart felt so seen and loved in that moment. She never once made me feel like a burden which happens alot when I request dairy free. She actually seemed happy that she had something she was able to offer. And since she gave me a little bit for my little guy I was able to indulge for myself. I had the macho nacho macncheese and my friend had the BLT. Both were so good! Were from out of town but if and when we come back well definitely treat ourselves to the delicious macncheese. Thank you so much for doing a little extra so my son could enjoy as well! ”
